Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are available only for:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the original item is unavailable, we may offer:

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

Once processing has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.
